APRA releases final revised APS 120 standard
Today the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) released the final revised APS 120 standard, accompanied by a response to submissions paper. They have also released a draft revised practice guide APG 120, with written submissions invited by 20 December 2016. Read more on the APRA media release.
The ASF, through its National Committee and Regulatory & Prudential Subcommittee, is reviewing APRA’s release including the draft APG 120. The ASF will make a written submission to APRA on practice guide APG 120.
