Watch the short film made by the Women in Securisation Subcommittee, launched on 21 November at Australian Securitisation 2016

Six men and women from the industry discuss the gender gap, how far we have come, and what it will take to achieve equity in the securitisation market.

The Women in Securitisation Subcommittee seeks to provide women in the securitisation industry with high quality networking opportunities, raise awareness of issues that affect their professional advancement, and encourage engagement from different levels of seniority.

The subcommittee also seeks to leverage off their relationships with other organisations to provide market leading mentoring opportunities for women in securitisation.
