G-Fund Social Impact Bond Presentation Auckland

The G-Fund Limited social impact bond is one of New Zealand’s first social impact bonds.  The bonds financed a 6 year programme of services aimed at reducing reoffending by young offenders in parts of South Auckland and the Eastern Suburbs of Auckland
 
This session, presented by Christine Smith, Director Securitisation at ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited and Carl Bakker, Chair of G-Fund Limited will review the specific features of the bond and its performance and consider emerging lessons for the design of social service outcome contracts that might involve the private sector in improving the delivery of wellbeing outcomes.
