Key outcomes from ASF National Committee strategy meeting


The ASF National Committee held an extended meeting on 16 May to discuss ASF priorities, initiatives and budget for the FY2019 membership year. 

Key points discussed and agreed included:

  • a decision to review the Rules of the ASF to provide greater flexibility in succession planning for the ASF Management Committee roles.
  • a decision for the ASF to adopt a Diversity and Inclusion Charter which is to apply across all of the ASF’s activities and is to ensure that the ASF promotes diversity and inclusion practices across the securitisation industry.
  • an agreement to freeze annual membership fees for the third year in a row.
