ASF Japanese Investor Seminar 2023

On Monday 25 September, the ASF was delighted to welcome over 100 guests to the Australian embassy in Tokyo for an Australian securitisation market update for Japanese investors.

Presented in Japanese and English, attendees were updated on a range of topics including:

• Diversity of Australian issuers
• Outlook for the Australian economy and housing markets
• Australian residential mortgage market 
• Credit performance and relative value of Australian RMBS/ABS
• Issuer and investor discussion of current issuance trends, increase in non-bank funding of auto loans and liquidity.
