The ASF is governed by a National Committee comprising nine industry representatives elected from ASF member firms, and up to three appointed by the National Committee to achieve the ASF’s objective of being a representative and diverse Forum. The National Committee convenes regularly to set the strategic direction of the organisation and oversee its activities, including subcommittees.
National Committee members are elected via a nomination process for a three year term. Three nominations were received for the three vacant member elected positions. As such a member vote on positions was not required. The nominations and elected National Committee members are Will Farrant (Credit Suisse), Matthew O'Hare (SG Fleet), Heather Baister (Deloitte). Subsequent to the election, three further appointments to the National Committee were made - Michael Heath (Judo Bank), Richard Lovell (CEFC) and Bianca Spata (hummgroup).
