Annual Cocktail Lunch at Establishment Ballroom, Sydney

Save the date

Don't miss this opportunity to network and celebrate with your industry peers at the flagship event for Women in Securitisation on Tuesday 16 October 2018.

This year we intend to host a gender and diversity-related real-time survey, with a well-known Australian commentator relaying responses, anecdotes and stories. We hope to generate relevant conversations and considerations around how these issues impact our industry and how we can potentially address them in the future.

The event will be cocktail-style to encourage networking, and open to all women and men from the industry to attend. Registrations will open shortly and we encourage you to register as soon as possible, as places will be allocated on a first-in, best-dressed basis.

Resilience Program

The Women in Securitisation Resilience Program has been succesfully run two times in Sydney and Melbourne, exclusively for ASF members.

Over a number of sessions the program covers strategies for mental toughness, wellbeing, strengths and planning, in order to build resilience and flourish at work.

Watch the Women in Securitisation short film

Watch the short film made by the Women in Securisation Subcommittee, launched on 21 November at Australian Securitisation 2016

Six men and women from the industry discuss the gender gap, how far we have come, and what it will take to achieve equity in the securitisation market.

Objective

The Women in Securitisation Subcommittee seeks to provide women in the securitisation industry with high quality networking opportunities, raise awareness of issues that affect their professional advancement, and encourage engagement from different levels of seniority.

The subcommittee also seeks to leverage off their relationships with other organisations to provide market leading mentoring opportunities for women in securitisation.

For more information see the Women in Securitisation Strategy (PDF).

Building the network

We are continuously building our Women in Securitisation list so please feel free to subscribe or suggest new invitees.
